The camera features a brass top and base plate, finished in a glossy black paint that will develop a unique patina over time with use. This special edition also features the classic Leica engraving on the top plate, controls finished in matching glossy black, and notably, the absence of the iconic Leica red dot. A stylish touch is the shutter release with a polished silver-chrome finish, a nod to the original M3 design.
