London City Photography Tour
Date: 16th September
Start Time: 10:30 Finish Time 16:30 (approximately).
Group size: Six clients maximum.
Please assemble at: The Counting House, 50 Cornhill, London EC3V 3PD
Underground: The nearest tube stations are Bank or Monument.
Our tour will cover approximately five miles of walking during the day so please dress
appropriately and wear good quality walking shoes or boots. Also, please be aware of the
weather forecast and be prepared, even if it is unkind, we will still go ahead with the planned
itinerary.
Camera Kit: A single body and a 24-70 zoom or equivalent will be enough. If you are using
primes, a 35mm and 50mm will be ample although a 21mm will give you
something different. Please ensure your camera bag is as lightweight and
discreet as possible. Do not bring a large rucksack camera bag, or indeed, a
tripod. This workshop is all about using the minimum amount of kit and being
lightweight and flexible.
Refreshments: Tea/Coffee on arrival and then we will stop enroute for refreshments and
comfort breaks as and when needed. Attendees are responsible for their own lunch and
snacks.
The finish time is approximate and we will not return to The Counting House. My aim is to
finish at St.Paul’s Cathedral or The South Bank depending on the conditions, light, weather
etc.

London City Tour with The Classic camera and Jeremy Walker.
This photographic tour is all about exploring the City of London. From stunning modern
architecture to the classic landmarks such as St Pauls Cathedral, and some slightly less well
known locations.
This is not ‘street’ photography, but what I would term ‘urban’ photography, a mixture of
architecture, people and places. We will take our time to explore and shoot. There will be no
rushing from location to location and so there will be ample time to consider our
surroundings and shoot at leisure.
London provides opportunities for all photographers, whether your interest lies in the big city
views, architecture, people or abstracts or you just want to wander the streets and photograph
whatever you stumble upon just around the next corner, London is the city for you. This
workshop is designed for photographers who would like to leave their tripods at home, travel
light and concentrate on hand held techniques, perhaps working slightly out of their comfort
zone and pushing their creative boundaries.
